The way you describe the act, lots of doubts spring up in the mind. How many people will be so hygienic as to go and nicely wash their hands with soap and water before indulging in this activity. If a girl misses her period, however hygienic the act might have been, she should get a urine pregnancy test done. The first diagnosis for a missed period is Pregnancy.
