Finger nail & bed infection

My wife has been suffering from finger and nail bed infection from last 4 years. We have been to 3 doctors, she has taken medication for infection , treated for psoriasis for last 2 years. She also went to surgeon and took antibiotics, also applying steroid cream. No doctor is able to cure this. She even got blood checked twice and everything is normal. Can anybody help please .

There can be 2 main dds to this 1 as you said nail psoriasis 2 nail fungal infection or onychomycosis It takes time to see the improvement If itz nail psoriasis it will take more time.
