My left middle finger is bent and if i try to staighten, it pains. Otherwise no pain in the finger in routine activity.

It can be die to tendon sheath inflammation condition called as De quervain tenosynovitis of tendon sheath. It is more common in female , diabetic patients and due to overuse. Needs more information and clinical examinations along with laboratory work up.
