Sir/Madam As i m suffering 4rm fibroids on uterus measuring to 2.78x2.3 but this month instead of 2nd 9th it is started but not much flow kindly suggest.

It is ok to get a periods early by 7 days and similarly a delay of 7 days is also normal
Next Steps
If bleeding is heavy or painful please take Tablet Cyclopam three times a day for three days 30 minutes after breakfast lunch and dinner
