What are your symptoms? Why did u get the scan done in first place? Are you menstruating regulary? Endometrial lining is thickened for age and needs further evaluation. Seedling fibroids need not worry you

According to report multiple small fibroids. Uterus lining  is quite thick.it needs further tests . Nothing related to menopause.

Your report shows multiple small fibroids and a notably thickened uterine lining, plus a little free fluid. This pattern can overlap with the approach to menopause, but a thickened lining on its own is not something to put down to menopause alone without a closer look.
Next Steps
Please get the MRI pelvis your report already suggests, and see a gynaecologist in person soon so the thickened lining and fibroids can be evaluated together, not just watched.
Health Tips
Mention any heavy, irregular or postmenopausal bleeding, or new pain, at that visit, since those would need quicker attention.
