I have pcos and havent had my period for two months but recently when i went for ultrasound i found i have two fibroid in my anterior uterine myometrium of size 67.5 mm and 30.9mm. Now what medicine should i take to shrink the size of the fibroid and to start my period

Hello.. more details will b needed with regards to your age. Any fibroid more than 50 mm is ideally to be removed by a surgery, but you need to have a detailed consultation prior to that.
