Fibroids and Cyst

Evidence of a T2 hypointese lobulated lesion of size 68x53mm seen anterior to the uterus likely of subserosal fibroid. And also  cyst in right ovary. With in how many days I should operate this or go for a life style changes considering the present covid 19 situation ?

Need more history to comment accurately Like complaints? Kids? Menstrual cycles heavy? Pain? Other symptoms? What kind of ovarian cyst? Trying for pregnancy? It's a big fibroid...
