What are the treatment options I have .I have severe stomach pain during periods and also high bp .whether stomach pain is beacuse of fibroids or high bp.

One fibroid is in the muscular part 9f the uterus and it is a small one. Other one is subserosal. The pain is unlikely due to the fibroids. You need a thorough examination by a Gynaecologist to see where exactly is the pain and the likely cause of pain.
