Am 29yrs, not married and no child Had a scan showing hetrogeneous texture and reveals two posterior intramural fibroid nodules Size:-6.0×5.2×5.9cm 5.1×4.0×4.1cm Please i want to know the best treatment for it. I dont feel any pains,no heavy bleeding,no constipation,dont feel nothing just that my menses comes on 2-3days. Please help! Thanks
