I am having a 13mm hypoechoic peripherally located mass in my uterus. Is it going to affect my fertility and pregnancy?

Already answered several times It will not affect your fertility Yes it can grow in size in pregnancy

In future it will grow in size and occupy space in abdomen and you wrote it as mass and we don't know the nature of mass, what it is exactly, it could be fibroid, adenomyoma or any malignancy. It is always better to get rid of disease instead of letting.g it grow Inside of abdomen.

Go for 3d usg and investigate it properly.
