I had 21 weeks scan where everything appears normal but got report placenta is hyperinflated with Fibrin deposit, Doctor asked to take Ecosprin 150 can someone help is it big issue or how is manageable

If fibrin deposit is less it will not produce any harm to baby. If fibrin deposit is more it will effect on fetal growth. There are chances of placetal infact and miscarriage. Take Ecosprin 150 mg daily it will reduce Chances of clot formation and blood supply in placenta will improve. Diet rich in fats , poor in vitamins and diet high in glycemic index causes more chances of fibrin deposition.
