Hello, you are having prediabetes. Although it is not reflected in your current FBS PPBS levels. They might be elevated at some other point of time in the day.
I would advice you to follow a 1600kcal diet with physical activity for 60 minutes. With a weight loss of 5-10kg there might be a possibility of reversal to non diabetic range.
