I am suffering from high fewer from past 5 days, this might me due to extensive traveling.

Hello Extensive travelling can exhaust you but can't cause fever. While traveling you are more prone at catching infection especially virals.
Next Steps
drink plenty of water and take adequate rest. if required take Tab crocin 500 mg on sos basis
