Few red marks on my hands with pain

On 3rd May 2021 I was diagnosed with COVID-19 , where my fever wasn't going at even 7th day of my Covid period so doctor put me on steroids of 6mg from 7th day for 5days-6mg then for 3days on 4mg and 2 days on 2mg After getting over with steroids after 3days my left arm and hand started paining a lot that even on touching it was paining extremely on giving ice pack it feels a Little relax but again pain used to start later I started taking a NICIP-MR, a muscle relaxant which gave me little relief and now after taking NICIP MR  for 5days my pain is almost gone but at times develop a little red rashes where it pains a very less now  and it get away whenever I massages it for 5-10mins Is there any need to worry about it please suggest.

Are you on the aspirin after Covid. A small red patches can be due to a sign of Coagulopathy inside the body.
