For the last few weeks, getting feverish symptoms but no fever. Thermometer reading is normal. But suddenly getting episodes of feverish feeling, burning sensation in nose, body becomes warm. Body becomes very weak and tired at that time

Hiii... These symp can be probably due to 3 probabilities 1. Vit deficiency 2. Infections 3.hot flushes due to hormonal changes. Please consult for further menstrual history and other symptoms

This may be because of nutritional deficiencies,/ low Hb/ hormonal changes/ subclinical infection Tab Becozyme C forte 0-1-0 for 15 days Tab Shelcal 500  0-1-0 for 15 days
