Feverish feeling for 1 and half month.

Good evening doctor Past one and half month I've been having feverish feeling( but thermometer showed normal temp) with occasional tiredness, burning sensation in my right middle back and  there is no other symptom. Went to doctor,i was told to take CBC,chest xray, abdominal ultrasound. Everything is fine Except high monocytes in CBC My CBC report: WBC: 6.6,RBC: 5.64,Hb: 16.8,Hct:46, mcv:80,mch:29, mchc:36, plt:2.45 , lym:31% Monocyte:11%, neut: 58% My thyroid report: Tsh:0.444 , t3: 3.43 , t4: 1.28 ( I'm on thyroid medication for past one year ) What should I do doctor next?
