Here's my symptoms: *Feverish, but body temperature is always around 98 to 99 *Common Cold *Running nose *Cough *Ear clogged *Mild pain behind eyes. If I touch the bone on my eyebrow it pains like anything. And it is like this for like 11 days Doctor gave me medicines for normal viral fever. Doesn't work. Help.

These are all pro-dromal symptoms of viral fever. But viral fever hardly lasts more than 5 days. You need to get evaluated for your etiology of fever. Do you get fever every day regularly?
