Fever with urine infection
My daughter 3 years 4 months old
She has urine infection with pus cells 18_20 range
She has fever constantly up n down
Hello mam according to the reports and history ur child has urinary infection. I would suggest before starting antibiotics send urine for culture and get usg abdomen done. While report arrive start antibiotic,once uti is confirmed with culture u have to use antibiotics for 10 days little longer than in other diseases otherwise it would recur again.

U can give her SYRUP CEFIXIME( 5ml = 200 )
2.5 ml twice a day morning and evening
