My son is 3yr and 11 months. From yesterday he is having fever. I have given call 250mg syrup. Now fever is controlled but he has a very bad throat infection. He can't open his mouth. Inside it's red color. Can I give PIRITON CS syrup?

since his throat is red it is better you consult a pediatrician rather than self medicating. if the infection is bacterial, he may need antibiotics accordingly
