I am having a fever for nearly 2 days.A mild one side headache sometimes.Running nose for nearly 1 week.

Use paracetamol 650 mg 6th hourly and citrizine every night till ur cold subsides As the headache is mild it will subside taking dolo 650 And take plenty of oral fluids
