This looks like a case of viral fever. Start over the counter drugs like Tab Paracetamol 500 mg thrice daily for 3 days. Rest. Cap Becosule one daily after meals. Zytee gel thrice daily for 3 days. Plenty of soups and other liquids. Also avoid outside ,oily , spicy food. If the fever still doesn't subside contact your Physician. All the best
