Please suggest medicine for fever with cough & cold. I have taken Dolo & cetricip(1m/2), twice.. i.e yesterday & today day time. Not much improvement. Temperature is variant, sometimes low, sometimes high. Please advice for a normal dosage, which can help in curing fast.
