Toddler two and half year old Got viral infection Not eating anything just having Milk once hardly 250ml since 10 days Today fever back again with cold feet

If active and playing,relax. If dull too,consult your paediatrician asap. Give just paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
