She is having fever when I measured it was 101 before half an hour. I gave her Paracetamol 250 mg. Temperature is not coming down. it's still on 100.4 F

The commonest cause of non response is underdosing. Ensure correct dose,if still not working,switch to syp combiflam,repeat 4 hourly if required. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,consult your paediatrician asap.
