Seems like a Viral fever , but above mentioned history is insufficient to arrive at a definitive answer . Would like to know a few more details in history for proper assessment , before providing an appropriate opinion & further plan of action . Meanwhile stay well hydrated , with plenty of oral fluids , Tab Dolo 650mg (SOS) (NOT MORE THAN 3 tablets a day) , Luke warm water gargle - thrice a day .
