4 months old male baby.whenever he is getting fever he is getting these type of rashes all over body.what is the diagnosis for this

They may be caused by fever. Viral fevers can cause these. Nothing to worry about. If they don't go away, then apply calamine lotion. Visit a pediatrician for check up if in doubt
