Fever since one month

I am suffering from fever since one month, it is 99.6 sometimes 99.4 , 99.8. my reports are normal and taking antibiotics since then. Please advise.

Hello, stop antibiotics. tab nimprex two times a day after food or as required.occasionaly.plenty of liquids like nimupani, mausambi juice,coconut water,butter milk. CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD for proper examintion n probably some test.light diet .ok.
