HI sir, im suffering from fever since last 4 days. Took TT injection on first day  evening as i have slight thumb finger injury on that day. Currently im taking dolo650 3 tkmes a day , taxim tablet daily night, one cetrizine, one multivitamin tablet. My fever is not under control from second day evening, that means the fever is oscillating frkm 100.5 to 99.4 but not coming down to normal body temperature. When the temperature was high upto 100.5 even have taken Paracetamol 1gm but it didnt came down to normal body temperature. Please suggest me on the medication how to proceed and would like know any blood tests need to be done? Please advise
