Fever since two days (104F) , dengue test ns1 positive but igm and igg are negative. . test was done after 2 days of fever initially on day one of fever platelets were 3.5 lac but after 2 days they dropped down to 1lac . in the past 4 years ago i already had an history of dengue. what could be the diagnosis and treatment
