Low grade fever last 2 day , what I should do??? Baby is active Wt is 9 kg Age is 2 yrs No cough nd cold

Paracetamol only if fever crosses 100. Proper hydration with adequete liquids Once baby recovers, focus on child's proper & adequate nutrition.
Next Steps
If fever increases or any untoward signs like loss of appetite, lithargy, irritability, seek mesical help

The low grade fever could be a viral predrome.  I am more concerned of her Weight which is 9kg at 2yr would like more details to help u in that matter..
Next Steps
You can just give adequate dose of Paracetamol if fever goes >100*F. Keep a track of temperature and make a temperature chart with time and medication given.
