I am suffering from minor irritation in the throat, running nose, heavy head and fever.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Medomol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 3 days. Drink warm water.
