My child have fever problem since one day no any other symptoms plz suggestions any antibiotic medicine for fever I have PCM syrup only

That's enough for 3 days...please be vigilant on the activity between fever, food intake , cough and breathlessness... If yes for any of these , seek a medical attention immediately. ..at least online
