Having fever from past 3 days.. 103°F not reducing much. Associated with severe weakness. CBC, LFT, RFT, WIDAL.. All tests r normal. Having headache also... Please help..

This must be viral fever Just take dolo650 for fever. If its not reducing with dolo take meftal 500 sos. Only if you are not allergic to any medicines
