Fever of my baby during 2days

My baby suffering from fever since 2days. In the early morning of Monday, my baby has vomiting and then temperature increased. It's not yet cured. After taking medicine it reduces. But after 5-6 hours again fever starts. Though today in day time there are no fever, but in night it increases. Kindly suggest please. Name-Advik Mohanty Age-1. 5 years Weight-12. 3 kg

If the child is playing around and not crancky you can wait for a day or two if fever frequency and height reduces then no need investigation If it's still increasing then consult a pediatrician

It Looks temperature has subsided. Just give plenty of fluids Fever may be due to dehydration, You can 'give once or twice ORS. you can give banana, curds ,and some probiotics like Nutrolin B . itsf once a day'you can feed coconut water

Hello , give fever medications 6 hourly as needed , and pls show the baby to nearby pediatrician for physical examination.

Ma’am it looks like a viral fever with gastritis . Continue the fever medication for 3 days every 6-8 hourly. If fever still persists after 4 days , do blood tests for infections like malaria, typhoid , dengue, etc
