I am having Dexamethasone for Psoriatic Arthritis related inflammation since last 15 Days the dose is 1mg two times. Today felt a bit feverish and the temperature was 99.5. Kindly tell is there anything to worry about it. Or it's common to have fever. Should I taper off the steroid.

Steroid doesn’t cause fever. Fever maybe due to infection or simply viral fever that will subside with proper medications. You can consult for prescription
