From yesterday evening, my son has a fever ranging from 99 to 99.5. He had left hand and right leg pain. He feels hot air blowing out from his nose. He is also tired. Yesterday, I gave him crocin pain reliever at 10:00 pm... Again now, that is at 10:00 am morning when he checked, he had fever... Please help me with his condition.

If temperature is above 99.4F then only give paracetamol..... Give plenty of liquid orally.... If kid is active then no need to worry...

wait for 2to3 days and maintain hydration

Hi! Temp above 99.5 , give paracetamol. Can be given 6th hourly. Keep checking temperatures and if fever persist even after 48 hours, consult your pediatrician.
Next Steps
Hydrate child well, plenty of liquids, ORS etc
