Inspite of giving 3.5 ml crocin DS syrup at temp 101.9 fever rose to 103 in one hour . What should i do? What could be the reason? Shall i get a test done ?

Hi, Give Syr . Meftal -p 5 ml and do sponging

Any other symptoms like cough cold associated with fever, are others in family have high fever and cough It could be COVID Adv CBC, CRP, RT PCR if suspected
