She had pneumococcal vaccination and hepatitis vaccination on 18 month completion and having fever 101 + not reducing even after taking calpol 1.5ml.

These vaccine usually don’t cause fever. Your baby might be having a bit of a viral fever. Might take up to 5 days to decrease. If he is not active or feeding well, please see a paediatrician in your city. Else you can wait.
