Fever not reduce

Hi my baby is having fever still it is not reduced completely and my doctor already started antibiotics but still not reduced and we have already taken test for malaria and dengue, CBC, Urine, CRP test too. I am worried. Please advise

Hi pls dont panic, would request to upload the other investigations as I can see only the CBC report Antibiotics usually take 3days for the fever to settle down, meanwhile if ur baby is feeling better compared to previous days and appetite is better, tht is good sign
