She is having fever on n off last two days.. Has runny nose with clear liquid initially now after she has taken 3 courses of cetrizine its thick.. Nose is blocked and throat is paining.. Head is throbbing accompanied with body pain.. My main concern is she has taken 4 doses of antibiotics as well but her sneezes doesn't stops.. As also taken paracetamol for fever but its not curing.. What should i do..

It seems a viral infection.. Usually antibiotics are not needed but if there is risk of secondary bacterial infection, antibiotics may be given.. She may require few medication, nasal drop to relieve blockage.. paracetamol may be continued in case of fever.
