Respected sir/mam,my son 2year 10months old suffering from fever i gave p250 referred by our dr. But after 2hrs temp is above 102 can I give meftal syrup...dr.referred but after giving p250 how hours gap should be taken and is it safe to give ...please let me know...thankyou🙏

The dose of pcm is by means of weight. Plz mention the weight of child. The dose for your child may be around 3ml only. It should be repeated in 4 to 6 hours. And if still the temp remains high plz consult a pediatrician in person
