Sir my son is 2years old. Yesterday fever came to him and body temperature is gone 102degree Ferenhite and there is no other symptoms like cough and cold. And we give the medicine of crocine 120 then temperature down. But the fever is came every 5 or 6hours.but he is playing when fever gone. Please suggest the medicine

Nothing to worry. It's most probably viral fever. Give pcm every 6hrly Sponge Sos if fever is High grade
