My son 2.9 months has fever low grade since morning. Ranging between 99 - 100.6. in the evening we gave him crocun by 8 and since fever didn't come down gave him metal at 10. It's 11:30 he still has 100.6 fever. Weight 15 kg Male

Is it associated with  cough cold Then don't worry It's viral only Take medicine for cough and cold If fever tough  103 -104 F Then need to  do blood test If  abnornal values  then only start  antibiotics  otherwise not
