FEVER IN EVENING EVEN AFTER ANTIBIOTIC

My son developed fever in evening since last friday. He developed fever only in evening on saturday. Sunday night onwards he got fever with cough. Monday night it reached 104 with paracetamol. He diagnosed with scrub typhus. He is antibiotics since tuesday. Still he get mild fever of 99.2-100.3 even after 4 dose of antibiotics. Please suggest if it is common in scrub or guide.

Plz if it scrub typus dnot stop antibiotics without doctor consultation. It will take longer for fever to disappear. So plz continue medicines.
