Fever and other symptoms in covid infection can last longer.As long as you have no alarming issues Just continue your treatment.

Continue only dolo whenever necessary max upto one tablet every 5 hrs. Continue vitamins. Antibiotics not necessary. Covid might stay for one more week, be patient, take bed rest. Nothing will happen. Hope you have taken vaccination. Hydrate yourself well
