How to measure fever in a kid using infrared thermometer ?? Head 97.5 Palm 99 Sole 102.4 Body 99 Which part should we take as reference temperature ? Doc suggested to take p125 drops only when the temp crosses 100.4

Check near the ear canal/forehead. Give medicine only when fever is above 100 Deg

With an infrared thermometer, you can check temperature over the forehead. A temperature of more than 100 degrees F indicates a fever.
