Fever onset from sunday afternoon 100.5 and monday it was 104 ,went into emergency cbc was done tlc-4500, plt-2.8 lakhs fever not subsiding yesterday cbc tlc-2900 and plt-1.8 lakhs. no malaria,no typhoid. i have fever through out the day ranging from 100 to 102. do i need to worry , what it could be i have body pain and fever now i feel little weak after 4 days in fever.

May be vral. Why not repeat blood test which you have done early ier take fruit  boiled veg and  buttermilk take crocin and becosuls zinc till then  any quary contact

Yes. Ongoing continuous fever for 4-5 days is worrisomw. Get a lab test done  atleast complete hemogram. I can advise you further tests according to ypur symptoms. Yoi can consult me online for that. You need to be investigated.
