Fever, headache, leg pain

My mother is 60 years old and stays in Uttarakhand. Mostly within 5-6 days, she gets a very slight fever, severe headache, and severe leg pain and stays for 3-4 days. She had her blood test done recently but nothing came but does have very little low b.p issue. Sometimes she feels very weak inside. Please suggest something that may be the issue.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days for fever and all pains.
