Hi, It appears as a viral infection,  continue taking paracetamol till 4-5 times a day you can take. If fever is associated with chills and rigor, cough, cold, pain in abdomen, nausea or vomiting then you might need to do blood test and Physician opinion. Otherwise only fever, bodyache will subside in 2-3 days. Get CBC test done. Hope this might be helpful to you.
