My 9+ years old daughter suffered from fever headache and vomiting since yesterday. Kindly suggest medicine
You can give Tablet paracetamol 500 mg 1 tablet every 6 th hourly
Tab domstal 10 mg 1/2 morning and night.
If your child is dehydrated, give ORS or electral one packet in one liter of water - as much as she could drink.
