My 9+ years old daughter suffered from fever headache and vomiting since yesterday. Kindly suggest medicine

You can give Tablet paracetamol 500 mg 1 tablet every 6 th hourly Tab domstal 10 mg 1/2 morning and night. If your child is dehydrated, give ORS or electral one packet in one liter of water - as much as she could drink.
Next Steps
if not able to drink ORS, you can rice kanji, salted buttermilk, lemon with salt and sugar.

if your child is lethargic, not taking feeds, consult paediatrician immediately
